摘　　要：目的探讨特应性皮炎(AD)患儿外周血白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)及嗜酸性粒细胞计数(EOS)的水平变化及其意义。方法选取120例AD患儿作为AD组,以同期30名健康儿童作为对照组,检测并比较两组外周血IL-17、IL-8、IgE及EOS的水平,依据皮损严重程度对AD患儿进行分层分析。结果 AD组患儿的外周血中IL-17、IL-8、IgE及EOS水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);AD组患儿的外周血中IL-17、IL-8、IgE、EOS水平及AD严重程度评分各亚组间比较,重度组>中度组>轻度组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);AD组患儿的外周血中IL-17、IL-8、IgE、EOS水平与AD严重程度评分均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论 AD儿童外周血IL-17、IL-8、IgE及EOS水平均显著的增高,且与病情严重程度密切相关。Objective To investigate the changes and significance of IL-17, IL-8, serum IgE and EOS levels in peripheral blood of children with AD. Methods Selected the Zhengzhou Children＇s Hospital in January 2011 -- De- cember 2015 outpatient diagnosis and treatment of 120 patients with AD children （AD group）, over the same period 40 cases of healthy children as a control group, the levels of EOS, IL-8, IgE and IL-17 in peripheral blood of two groups were detected and compared, according to the severity of skin lesions in children with AD stratified analysis. Results The peripheral blood of AD patients IL-17, IL-8, IgE and EOS levels were significantly higher than the con- trol group and there were statistical significantly differences （P〈0.05）. IL-17, IL-8, IgE, EOS levels and AD se- verity score in the peripheral blood of AD group were compared among the subgroups, the severe group moderate group 〉 mild group and there were statistical significantly differences （P〈0.05）. The levels of, IL-17, IL-8, IgE and EOS were significantly positively correlated with the AD severity scores （P〈0.05） in the peripheral blood of children with AD. Conclusion IL-17, IL-8, IgE and EOS levels were significantly higher in AD children, and it is closely related to the pathogenesis and severity of the disease.
