摘 要:针对双Y移30六相永磁同步电机一相绕组开路时,定子绕组不对称分布,电机将不能正常工作,提出了一种有效的容错矢量控制策略。从矢量空间解耦的角度出发,推导出一种解耦矢量控制方法,使不对称电机模型在d-q坐标系下完全解耦,实现真正的矢量控制,保证电机正常运行。通过Simulink建立一相开路系统解耦后的仿真模型,仿真结果证明了所采用方法的可行性。For six phase permanent synchronous motor of dual Y shift 30 degree with one phase winding open circuit, the distribution of stator winding was asymmetrical, the motor would not work properly, an effective fault tolerant vector control strategy was proposed. From the angle of decoupling of vector space, a decoupling vector control method was derived, which made the model of the asymmetric motor completely deeoupied in the d-q coordinate system, which could realize the real vector control and ensure the normal operation of the motor. A simulation model of decoupling of a phase open circuit system was established by Simulink, and the simulation results show that the method is feasible.
