GLP-1R和CK17在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌组织中胰高血糖素样肽-1受体(GLP-1R)和细胞角蛋白17(CK17)的表达及临床病理意义。方法采取免疫组织化学及免疫印迹法检测甲状腺正常组织(对照组,n=50)和甲状腺乳头状癌组织(观察组,n=80)中GLP-1R和CK17的表达,并分析二者水平与甲状腺乳头状癌病理因素间的相关性。结果对照组中22例(44.00%)有GLP-1R蛋白低表达;观察组中77例(96.25%)有GLP-1R蛋白表达,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组中有8例(16.00%)CK17表达阳性;观察组中CK17阳性表达有77例(96.25%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。GLP-1R的阳性表达与甲状腺乳头状癌的临床病理因素间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CK17表达与甲状腺乳头状癌患者的性别、年龄无明显相关(P>0.05),而与肿瘤的直径、临床分期及颈部淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺乳头状癌组织中GLP-1R和CK17均高表达,CK17表达与甲状腺乳头状癌的肿瘤直径、临床分期及颈部淋巴结转移明显相关。Objective To investigate the expressions of glucagon-like peptide-1receptors（GLP-1R）and cytokeratin17（CK17）in papillary thyroid cancer tissue and clinicopathological significance.Methods The immunohistochemistry and immunoblotting method were employed to detect the expressions of GLP-1Rand CK17 in normal thyroid tissues（control group,50cases）and papillary thyroid cancer tissue（observation group,80cases）.Then the correlation between the expressions of GLP-1Rand CK17 with pathological factors of thyroid cancer was analyzed.Results Low expression of GLP-1R was found in 22cases（44.00%）of the control group,while GLP-1Rwas expressed in 77cases（96.25%）of the observation group,and the difference between both groups was statistically significant（P0.01）.The expression of CK17 was positive in 8cases（16.00%）of the control group,while 77cases（96.25%）in the observation group were CK17 expression positive,and the difference between both groups was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The difference between GLP-1positive expression and clinicopathologic factors had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.The difference between CK17 expression with sex and age had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）,and was obviously related with the tumor diameter,clinical stages and cervical node metastasis of thyroid neoplasms（P〈0.05）.Conclusion GLP-1Rand CK17 all are highly expressed in papillary thyroid cancer tissue and CK17 expression is obviously related with the tumor diameter,clinical stages and cervical node metastasis of papillary thyroid cancer.
