摘　　要：目的探讨根治性膀胱切除术的围手术期并发症情况。方法回顾2011年至2015年进行根治性膀胱切除术的90例资料,分析手术相关情况和围手术期并发症情况。结果手术时间中位数为420min,出血量中位数为1050mL,输血率80%,输血量中位数为800mL,术后住院时间中位数为20d。48例患者(53.33%)出现术后并发症。37例仅发生术后早期并发症,4例仅发生术后晚期并发症,7例既发生术后早期也发生术后晚期并发症。轻度并发症38例(42.22%),严重并发10例(11.11%)。结论根治性膀胱切除术围手术期并发症发生率较高,但多为轻微并发症,可以安全的开展。Objective To investigate the perioperative complications of radical resection of bladder.Methods The data of 90 patients underwent radical resection of the bladder from 2011 to 2015 were reviewed.The operation conditions and perioperative complications were analyzed. Results The median operation time was 420 min,the median blood loss was 1050 mL,blood transfusion rate was 80%,the median blood transfusion amount was 800 mL,and the median hospital stay was 20 d. Postoperative complications occurred in 48 patients（53. 33%）.There were 37 cases of only early postoperative complications,4 cases of only late postoperative complications,7 cases ofearly and late postoperative complications. Mild complications occurred in 38 cases（42. 22%）,and severe complications occurred in 10 patients（11. 11%）.Conclusion There is a high incidence of perioperative complications after radical resection of the bladder,but most of them aremild complications,soitcan be carried out safely.
