摘 要:目的了解某三级肿瘤专科医院护士护理软技能的现状,为提高优质护理服务质量提供参考依据。方法采用护理软技能测评量表,随机对该肿瘤医院内放疗科、内科、外科154名护士进行调查。结果不同年龄、工作年限、职称的护士的护理软技能差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄为26~35岁组、工作年限为4~9年、主管护师以上职称的护士护理软技能得分最高;职位越高,软技能水平越高;已婚人员的技能得分高于未婚人员;在技能总分上,放疗科护理人员的得分最高,外科次之,内科最低。结论该三甲肿瘤专科医院护士护理软技能在年龄、工作年限、职称、行政职务和科室上存在差异。建议医院管理者可通过针对性培训加强护理软技能。Objective To understand the status of nursing soft skills in a grade three cancer hospital,in order to provide reference for improving the quality of nursing service. Methods The nursing soft skills assessment scale was used to investigate 154 nurses in the department of radiation oncology,internal medicine and surgery.Results There were differences in nursing soft skills in nurses from different age,work experience,and professional title.Nurses at the age of 26 ~ 35 years old,with 4 to 9 years of the working life,and with the title of over charge nurse achieved the highest scores of the nursing soft skills.The higher the position,the higher the level of soft skills would be.The married person's skill score was higher than the unmarried persons.For the skill score,the score of nurses in the radiotherapy department was the highest,the second in department of surgery,and the lowest in department of internal medicine.Conclusion The nursing soft skills of nurses in this grade three cancer hospital were different in age,working age,title,administrative positions and departments. It is suggested that hospital managers can strengthen nursing soft skills through targeted training.
