Src在卵巢癌中的表达及相关临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Src在卵巢癌中的表达及相关临床意义。方法选取98例因卵巢癌行相关手术的石蜡包块。按FIGO（2000）标准进行手术病理分期：Ⅰ期17例、Ⅱ期16例、Ⅲ期39例、Ⅳ期26例；组织学类型：浆液性癌60例、黏液性癌20例、内膜样癌10例、透明细胞癌7例，混合性癌l例。对照组为20例同期行卵巢切除的良性肿瘤及10例子宫肌瘤患者正常卵巢组织的蜡块。用免疫组化方法检测各组的Src的表达水平。结果Src在卵巢癌中的表达明显高于正常卵巢组织和良性上皮卵巢肿瘤（P〈0．001）。Src表达水平随卵巢肿瘤恶性程度的增加而升高，Src的表达与临床分期（P〈0．0001）密切相关，与不同病理类型（P=0．2707）差异无统计学意义。结论Src在卵巢癌中表达明显升高提Src可能与卵巢癌的发生发展有关。Objective To explore the expression of Src in ovarian cancer. Method Ninety-eight ovarian cancer surgery cases were collected from January 2004 to April 2007. FIGO（2000） stage was available in 98 cases： 17 were stage I ,16 stage II,39 stage III,26 stage IV.The histopathologic types in the series were serous carcinoma （ n=60 ） , mutinous carcinoma （ n=20 ） , endometrial cancer （ n=10 ） , clear cell carcinoma （ n=7 ） and mixed carcinoma （ n=1 ） .Simultaneously selecting 20 ovarian benign tumor and 10 normal ovary tissues as a control group. Detected the expressive levels of Src in all samples by immunohistochemical assay, and analyzed whether there were significant differences of the expression of Src among 10 normal ovarian tissue, 20 benign and 98 malignant epithelial ovarian tumors. Results The levels of the Src were higher in malignant epithelial ovarian tumors than in normal ovarian tissue and the benign tumors （ P〈0.001 ） , The expression of Src was related to clinical staging （ P〈0.001 ） , and there was no significant difference between diffenent pathologic grading （P=0.2707 ） .Conclusion The expression of Src in ovarian cancer significantly increase, suggesting that Src may be related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.
