西酞普兰和阿米替林治疗中老年抑郁症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析西酞普兰和阿米替林治疗中老年抑郁症的临床疗效。方法老年抑郁症患者60例进行随机分组,对照组30例,观察组30例。对照组采用阿米替林治疗,观察组应用西酞普兰进行治疗,疗程均为6周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评价临床疗效及给药后1周、2周、4周、6周评分结果和不良反应。结果观察组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为86.67%,两组疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(χ~2=5.421,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗各周后较治疗前HAMD评分均有所下降治疗1周、2周时,观察组HAMD评分显著低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),而治疗4周、6周时两组HAMD评分差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为20.00%,对照组不良反应发生率为36.67%,差异有显著性意义(χ~2=14.236,P<0.05)。结论中老年抑郁症患者采用西酞普兰治疗,临床效果好于阿米替林,且不良反应较少。Objectives To analyze the clinical efficacy of citalopram and amitriptyline in the treatment of senile depression.Methods Patients aged 60 depression patients were randomly grouped 30 patients in the observation group of 30 cases.The control group,amitriptyline treatment,observation group citalopram treatment,a course of six weeks,with Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） to evaluate the efficacy and administration after 1 week 2 weeks,4 weeks 6 weeks score results and adverse reactions.Results The effective rate was 93.33%in the observation group and 86.67%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups（χ^2=5.421,P〈0.05）.After treatment,the HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those of the control group at week 1 and week 2（P〈0.05）,and the HAMD score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group There was no significant difference in HAMD score between two groups（P〉0.05）.The adverse reaction rate was20.00%in the observation group and 36.67% in the control group（χ^2=14.236,P〈0.05）.Conclusions Elderly patients with depression using citalopram,amitriptyline in clinical effect,and fewer adverse reactions.
