摘  要:MOOC近年来迅猛发展,以其独特的优势得到了广大专家学者和用户的肯定。在与高校课程融合方面有诸多优势,也存在很多问题。本文就其优势、融合方式、存在问题及原因等方面进行分析探讨,并提出了合理化师资配备,保证课程质量;启用"分层授课"模式对学习者进行分流;建立机制促进非正式学习的开展;对学习者进行必要的引导;合理制定激励策略;完善课程评价体系等相关策略。In recent years, MOOC has got a rapid development, and been affirmed by the majority of experts and scholars and users. There are many advantages when it is used in integration with university curriculum, but there are also some problems. This paper analyzed the advantages, problems and the reasons, and also put forward some relevant strategies, including arranging teaching staff reasonably to ensure the quality of the course, using "stratified teaching" mode to enable learners to learn better, establishing a mechanism to promote the development of informal learning, providing necessary guidance for learners, setting up reasonable incentive strategies, and designing relevant curriculum evaluation system, etc.
