摘  要:目的观察棚替佐米方案(PAD)诱导治疗对多发性骨髓瘤患者凝血四项及血栓相关事件发生率的影响。方法选取我院2012年3月至2015年3月110例多发性骨髓瘤患者为研究对象,将患者抽签随机分为观察组与对照组,每组55例。比较两组凝血四项包括凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(aPTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg),血小板聚集率,血栓事件及不良反应发生率。结果观察组PT、TT、aPTT、Fbg、血小板聚集率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血栓事件发生率3.64%低于对照组16.36%(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PAD诱导治疗对多发性骨髓瘤,可纠正患者凝血功能障碍,抑制血小板聚集,降低血栓相关事件发生率。Objective To observe the effects of shed bortezomib scheme (PAD)induction therapy on coagulation four item and incidence of thrombosis related events of patients with multiple myeloma. Methods 110 patients with multiple myeloma in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 were selected as the research objects, they were divided by random lot method into the observation group and the control group (each 55 cases). Coagulation four item including prothrombin time( PT), activated partial thromboplastin time ( aPTT), thrombin time ( TT), fibrinogen (Fbg) and platelet aggregation rate, incidence of thrombotic events and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results PT, TT, aPTT, Fbg, platelet aggregation rate in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Incidence of thrombotic events of the observation group 3.64% was significantly lower than the control group ( 16. 36% ) (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the two group (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion PAD induction therapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma can correct coagulation disorders of patients,inhibit platelet aggregation,reduce the incidence of thrombosis related events.
