新型颅内支架植入联合弹簧圈栓塞术对颅内复杂动脉瘤的疗效及远期安全性观察

摘　　要：目的观察新型颅内支架植入联合弹簧圈栓塞术对颅内复杂动脉瘤的疗效及远期安全性。方法将自2012年1~12月在我院进行治疗的30例颅内复杂动脉瘤患者为研究对象,按自愿原则进行分组(研究组15例,对照组15例),并分别采用不同手术方式进行治疗,并对评价指标内容进行统计分析。结果采用新型颅内支架植入联合弹簧圈栓塞术治疗的研究组患者的治疗总有效率为94.12%,显著优于采用单纯弹簧圈栓塞术对照组的81.25%(P<0.05);2年后回访,研究组的复发率为11.76%,显著优于对照组的31.25%(P<0.05)。结论采用新型颅内支架植入联合弹簧圈栓塞术治疗颅内复杂动脉瘤具有较好的治疗效果,远期安全性较为理想,可作为优选方式而在临床应用。Objective To observe the curative effect and long-term safety of a new type of intracranial stent combined with coil embolization in the treatment of complicated intracranial aneurysms. Methods 30 cases of complex intracranial aneurysm patients cured in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were selected as the research objects. According to voluntary principle, they Were divided into two groups （15 cases in study group, 15 cases in control group）. Different surgical methods were used respectively. And statistical analysis was carried on the appraisal target content. Results The total effective rate was 94.12% in the treatment of 15 cases of the study group treated by the new type of intracranial stent implantation combined with coil embolization. It was significantly better than that of control group with simple coil embolization with 81.25%（P 〈 0.05）. Two years later return visit, the recurrence rate of the study group was 11.76%, which was significantly better than that of control group with 31.25%（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of intracranial complex aneurysms with new intracranial stent implantation combined with spring coil embolization has good therapeutic effect. Long term safety is ideal, and it can be used as a preferred way in clinical application.
