40例颌骨骨折坚强内固定术后取板原因分析

摘　　要：目的:分析颌骨骨折内固定术后拆除钛板原因及其影响因素,为提高临床疗效提供理论依据。方法:收集笔者医院2011年1月-2015年12月就诊的40例颌骨骨折坚强内固定术后拆板患者相关资料,对术后拆除钛板病例的拆板原因进行总结,并对其影响因素进行分析。结果:本组术后拆板的原因主要有局部流脓18例、患者要求14例、钛板外露4例、钛板断裂1例、钛板松动1例、局部反复肿胀1例、其他手术同期取出1例。结论:对于有明显临床症状的患者,如:局部流脓、钛板外露、钛板断裂、钛板松动、种植需要等,可行相关手术取出钛板。对于无明显症状的钛板不主张手术取板。Objective To analyze the reasons and influencing factors of titanium plate removal after internal fixation of jaw fracture, and to provide theoretical basis for improving the clinical treatment effect. Methods To collect the data of 40 cases of itanium plate removal after internal fixation of jaw fracture in our hospital from 2011 to 2015, to summarize the reasons for the removal of titanium plate after operation, and to analyze the influencing factors. Results The causes of postoperative disassembly are： local infection in 18 cases, 14 cases were required, titanium plate exposure in 4 cases, 1 cases of fracture of titanium plate, titanium plate loosening in 1 cases, local recurrent swelling in 1 cases, other 1 cases were removed by other surgery. Conclusion For the patients with obvious clinical symptom, such as： local discharge, titanium plate exposure, titanium plate fracture, titanium plate loosening, planting needs, relevant operation is needed to remove the titanium plate. For the patients with no obvious symptoms of titanium plate does not advocate surgery to remove.
