摘　　要：目的:探讨女变男易性癖患者围手术期的最佳护理方法。方法:对16例易性癖患者围手术期间实施有针对性的心理护理及基础护理。结果:有效的心理护理能进一步改善患者的心理状态,促进患者的心理康复,基础护理可以有效帮助患者尽快康复。结论:针对特殊人群,围手术期做好观察和心理护理对防止并发症有重要作用。Objective To explore the best nursing method of female-to-maletranssexualism patients during perioperative period. Method Psychological nursing and basic nursing was carried out in 16 transsexualism patients during perioperative period. Results The effective psychological nursing can improve the psychological status of the patients and promote the patients psychological rehabilitation. Basic nursing can effectively help patients recover as soon as possible. Conclusion During perioperative period, nursing examination and psychological nursing can effectively prevent complications of transsexualism patients.
