探讨恶性胸膜间皮瘤中CK20和PCNA的表达及其意义的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨恶性胸膜间皮瘤中CK20和PCNA的表达及其意义。方法选取本院临床病理资料完整的胸膜恶性间皮瘤患者50例为研究对象,同时选取50例无肿瘤的先天性心脏病手术标本作为对照,检测PCNA和CK20在恶性胸膜间皮瘤中的表达,与对照组的表达情况进行比较;同时对胸膜恶性间皮瘤中CK20与PCNA的表达进行相关性分析。结果间皮瘤组CK20表达阳性率为46.67%,PCNA表达阳性率为70.0%,均显著高于对照组,P<0.01。CK20、PCNA表达不同年龄、不同肿瘤分布类型以及组织类型之间均无差异。对CK20和PCNA表达阳性情况进行相关分析,二者成正相关,r为0.4312,P<0.05。结论恶性胸膜间皮瘤组中CK20及PCNA的表达与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义,且二者正相关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CK20 and PCNA levels in malignant pleural mesothelioma patients. Methods The complete clinical and pathological data of 50 patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma were in research group,and 50 cases of normal non tumor surgery for congenital heart disease were used as control. Expression of PCNA and CK20 in malignant pleural mesothelioma were analyzed. Of all the subjects were informed and signed the informed consent,by chi square test. Spearman rank correlation analysisw as used for the correlation between expression of CK20 and PCNA. Tw o-sided test was used with SPSS18. 0 statistical softw are in this paper. Results The positive rate of CK20 expression in mesothelioma group was 46. 67%,which was significantly higher than control（P〈0. 01）. There was no significant difference in the positive expression of CK20 among different ages,tumor types and histological types in the mesothelioma groups. Neither significant difference was found among different tumor stages. The positive rate of PCNA in mesothelioma group was 70. 00%, which was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0. 01）. The results show ed a positive correlation between CK20 and PCNA positive expression,r was 0. 4312,P〈0. 05. Conclusion It was found that the expression levels of CK20 and PCNA increased in malignant pleural mesothelioma patients which were positively correlated to each other.
