摘　　要：集体当先、团结协作,顽强拼搏,坚强不屈,勇于担当,无私奉献,胸怀梦想,永不放弃的"女排精神",其与大学生思想政治教育的功能、价值、目标等一脉相承。将女排精神融入大学生思想政治教育具有特殊教育的意义和现实价值。The ＂ National Women＇s Volleyball Team Spirit＂, in terms of Team first, team work, hard work, strong spirits, bold play, selfless contribution, never stop dreaming, and never give up, fits the function, value and goal of ideological and political education of college students. Integrating the spirit into the ideological and political education of college students is of significant educational meaning and practical values.
