民族院校大学生心理健康水平的现状调查以及影响因素研究——以中南民族大学为例

摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展,对当代大学生的要求越来越高,使得学生在面对学校与社会的双重压力下,心理问题日趋严重。少数民族作为一个大的群体,他们的心理健康问题更是不容忽视。本论文通过对中南民族大学在校大学生发放问卷调查,分析影响其心理健康的主要因素,进行针对性的研究分析,提出解决对策,使中南民族大学学生心理健康成长以便更好地踏入社会。With the continuous development of society, the requirement for contemporary college students is increasing, which makes the mental problems more and more severe when facing double pressure from college and society. As a large group, the mental health problem of minorities is vital. Through questionnaire survey among in campus students at South -central University for Nationalities, this paper analyzes the main factors that influence their mental health, makes related research and analysis, and offers solutions, aiming to help the healthy grown - up of students for their future career.
