女性和移民身份对国际女性移民创业的影响——基于英国剑桥市区的实证研究

摘　　要：英国剑桥市区女性移民创业者在某些方面与男性移民创业者有共同之处,但其个人能力、个人特征、创业活动、创业动机、家庭背景、商业观点、来自家庭和社会网络关系的信息和支持等与男性移民创业者不同,有其独特性。她们大部分是年轻人,已育,有前期工作经验,接受过教育,从事传统行业、商业和服务业,创业动机中拉力因素多于推力因素,获得了来自家庭和社会网络关系的信息和支持。在创业过程中,女性身份比移民身份影响更大。With some similarities,ethnic female entrepreneurs differ from ethnic male entrepreneurs in Cambridge（ UK） in terms of their individual abilities,personal characteristics,entrepreneurial motivations and activities,family background,business ideas,the information and support from family and social networks,indicating uniqueness of ethnic female entrepreneurship. Having previous working experience and good education,the overwhelming majority of these female entrepreneurs are young people,married,engaged in traditional business sectors,commerce and service sectors. Regarding entrepreneurship motivations,pulling factors are much more obvious than pushing factors. Ethnic female entrepreneurs have obtained information and support from their families and social networks. In the process of establishing their own business,the women（ female） identity of ethnic female entrepreneurs influences more than their immigrant（ ethnic） identity.
