院前急救的法律规制研究

摘　　要："南航急救事件"和"温州山寨120事件"暴露出我国当前院前急救领域存在诸多问题,相关法律制度的缺位是造成这种乱象的重要原因。应当制定《急救法》,通过立法明确各主体之间的法律关系、合理设定和分配法律责任、完善行政管理机制,实现院前急救管理制度的法治化。＂ Southern Airlines first aid incident＂ and ＂ Wenzhou fake ambulance incident＂ exposed various problems in author＇s hospital care field.The absence of relevant legal system is the leading cause of this chaos.In order to clarify the legal relationship between various parties,reasonably set and distribute legal liability,improve administrative management mechanism;first aid law should be enacted.We hope to realize the rule of law in pre-hospital care management system.
