摘  要:目的:研究10个产地川芎挥发油的化学成分,并推测其主要成分的质谱裂解规律。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油,GC毛细管柱色谱法进行分析,峰面积归一化法测定不同产地川芎挥发油化学成分的相对含量,气相色谱-质谱联用技术辅助人工检索鉴定其化学成分。结果:从川芎挥发油中鉴定出了43个化合物,推测了川芎挥发油中主要化合物的质谱裂解规律——侧链断裂成苯环结构。结论:本研究通过对川芎挥发油成分的分析及其主要化合物质谱裂解规律的总结,为其质量控制及标准制定提供科学依据。Objective: To analyze the constituents of the essential oil extracted from different origins of L. chuanxiong Hort, and to speculate the mass frag-mentation rules of its main components. Method: The essential oil was extracted by water-steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS, their relative content of compositions for calculating with peak area normalization method. The components were determined with normalization method, and identified by GCMS and coartificial searches. Result: forty-three components were identified. The mass frag-mentation rules of main constituents in the essential oil were speculated-side-chain cleavage then be ring. Conclusion: This study provided scientific foundation for the quality control and standard establishment of L. chuanxiong Hort by analyzing its essential oil components and speculating the mass fragmentation rules.
