汉语首音节流畅性测验与认知功能的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨汉语首音节流畅性测验与患者认知水平的相关关系。方法对2012年11月~2016年6月大连市友谊医院的120例各种神经精神障碍患者(男性68例,女性52例;年龄28~85岁;受教育年数为0~19年)进行汉语首音节流畅性测验及蒙特利尔认知评估量表测验,并对两种测验得分进行偏相关分析。结果汉语首音节流畅性测验的平均分数为(16.3±6.6)分,蒙特利尔认知评估量表的平均分数为(22.9±4.5)分,在控制年龄及受教育年数的条件下,两种测验得分具有显著的正相关关系(r=0.580,P<0.01)。结论汉语首音节流畅性测验分数与认知功能水平相关,有望作为一种测量认知功能的神经心理学测验应用于临床及研究。Objective To explore the correlation between Chines initial syllable fluency test and patients′cognitive level.Methods A total of 120 neuropsychic disturbance patients aged from 28 to 85 years old who were educated for 0 to 19 years at the ratio of 68 to 52 in male to female treated in Dalian Municipal FriendshipHospital from November 2012 to June 2016 were selected.They were performed with Chines initial syllable fluency test and Montreal cognitive assessment scale test.The scores from the two tests were dealt with partial correlation analysis.Results The average score of Chines initial syllable fluency test was（16.3±6.6） points,and the average score of Montreal cognitive assessment scale test was（22.9±4.5） points.With controlling the factors of the age and years of education,the score from the two tests had a remarkable positive correlation（r=0.580,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The score of Chines initial syllable fluency test is related with the level of cognitive function,which is expected to be used as a neuropsychological test for measurement of cognitive function in clinic and research.
