摘　　要：技术秘密的占有和利用已成为集成电路企业占据市场优势地位、获取高额利润的主要途径。技术秘密一旦遭到侵犯,即使获得赔偿,有关信息的秘密性也可能丧失。采取有力的法律风险管理措施,集成电路企业可以有效避免技术秘密泄露的法律风险。Possession and use of technology secrets has become the dominant way to occupy the market and get high profits for integrated circuit enterprises. Once the technical secret is violated, even if the compensation is obtained, the confidentiality of the relevant information may also be lost. Taking effective legal risk management measures, integrated circuit enterprises can effectively avoid the legal risks which disclosure of technical secrets may create.
