摘　　要：针对目前甘肃省内中药材生产机械化程度较低的情况,本文旨在为根类中药材后期初加工生产环节提供一种带有曲柄摇杆机构的根类中药材揉搓机。文中提出机具的总体设计方案,并对传动系统与曲柄摇杆机构进行设计,对主要工作部件进行简单的运动分析。设计样机使用效果良好,满足设计要求,能够有效提高生产率,为进一步实现中药材产业的机械化提供一种新型机具,为同类研究提供可行参考。Aiming at the low mechanization of Chinese medicinal materials production in Gansu Province,a rubbing machine with crank-rocker for rhizome Chinese medicinal materials,used in the later links of primary processing,was designed to realize the further mechanization of Chinese medicine industry.The overall design scheme is proposed in this paper,and transmission system and the crank-rocker device are elaborated.After that,motions of main working parts are analyzed.The prototype performs well and can satisfy the design requirement that greatly increases the productivity.This research would provide a feasible reference for similar studies.
