摘  要:伴随着设施农业的快速发展,连作障碍问题在作物栽培过程也日益凸显。连作障碍严重影响作物的产量和品质,因而必须对栽培基质进行消毒,化学消毒及生物熏蒸存在二次污染及消毒效果欠佳等问题,物理消毒对人畜安全、能有效杀灭基质病原菌、不会对环境造成污染,极具推广应用价值。本文介绍几种栽培基质物理消毒法及其主要技术装备,分析其国内外研究进展及现状,指出其在发展过程中的一些问题,并提出相应的发展建议,以期为栽培基质物理消毒法的进一步研究提供借鉴和指导。With the rapid development of facility agriculture,continuous cropping obstacle problems,which seriously affect the yield and quality of crops,have become prominent during crop cultivation.Thus,disinfection for cultivation matrix is necessary.Physical disinfection is more valuable for applying and promoting,because it has advantages like safe for human and animal,effectively killing the pathogenic bacteria,and amicable to environment.In contrast,chemical disinfection and biological fumigation have some problems,such as secondary pollution and poor disinfection effect.Several physical disinfection methods and technical equipments are introduced in this paper and the research status at home and abroad were analyzed.Based on that,some problems are pointed out,and then,development suggestions of physical disinfection for cultivation matrix are proposed,so as to provide reference and guidance for further studies.
