摘　　要：围绕培养工程应用型人才的专业建设目标,以淮阴工学院为例,分析电子信息工程专业建设的关键问题,提出电子信息工程品牌专业建设方案的具体内容:明确培养目标,优化创新人才培养方案;加强师资建设,打造高水平教学团队;丰富教学资源,进一步深化教学改革;加强实训平台建设,构建多层级实践教学体系;加强交换和交流,拓展师生国际化视野。Around the goal of training engineering applied talents, the key problems in the construetion of electronic information engineering are analyzed taking Huaiyin Institute of Technology as an example. The construction scheme of brand specialty for electronic information engineering is discussed in detail, which ineludesfive aspects： making clear the cultivation target to optimizeand innovate the talents training scheme; strengtheningthe eonstructionof teachers to create a high level teaching team; enriching teaching resources to deepen teaching reform; strengthening the construction of practical training platform in order to construct the multi level pmetiee teaching system; strengthening exchanges to expand the international vision of teachers and students.
