摘　　要：目的利用"北京版疾病诊断相关组"为风险调整工具,评价各科室住院服务产出,为医院精细化管理提供方向。方法参照北京市临床重点专科评价方法选取指标及计算公式,分别对科室产出指标计量结果进行科室间比较和与前3年自身平均水平比较,进而评价分析。结果全院住院服务水平逐步向好;各科室贡献水平不同,外科系统贡献优于内科系统,质量得分对排名影响较大。结论多维度分析,改进住院服务评价方法适应科室间评价;以住院服务质量安全为评价重点;评价方法及结果应用需结合医院实际情况。Objective To apply fine management in the hospital,through using Beijing Diagnosis Related Groups（BJ-DRGs） and measuring the departments＇ output of hospitalization service.Methods Referring to indicators and formula of evaluation method on medical priority specialty in Beijing,calculating and comparing the scores among different departments and between 3 years before.Results The output of hospitalization service in general is better than before.Every department has certain amount of contribution to the whole hospitalization service and the contribution of surgical departments is more than internal medical departments.Quality score has great influence on the department ranking.Conclusion Hospital managers should use multi-dimension analysis to measure the departments＇ output of hospitalization service.The key is to ensure quality and safety.The evaluation method and result should be according to actual hospital situation.
