企业资源依赖性与合作创新行为的关系研究

摘　　要：本文在有限理性的前提下,根据企业的资源依赖程度将集群内的中小企业分为资源依赖型和资源独立型,运用演化博弈理论分析集群内中小企业的两种合作创新行为:机会主义行为和互惠主义行为。研究表明:在合作创新收益平均分配的条件下,资源独立型企业更倾向于采取机会主义行为,集群中资源依赖型企业和资源独立型企业合作创新行为的演化与集群内资源依赖型企业所占的比例、合作创新的净收益以及企业单独创新的超额净收益相关。本文还分析了收益分配方式对合作创新行为的影响,研究表明,收益分配方式影响企业合作创新行为的演化。On the premise of limited rationality, this paper classifies the firms in SME Clusters into resource- dependent and resource-independent based on their degree of resource dependence, and use evolutionary game theory to analyse their co-innovation behavior： opportunism behavior and reciprocity behavior. The results show that under equal profit sharing arrangement, the resource-dependence firms tend to adopt opportunism, the evolutionary result of co-innovation behavior related to the proportion of dependent enterprises in Cluster, the net income of co-innovation and the net excess profit of individual innovation. The paper also analyses the effect of profit distribution mode on co-innovation behavior, and the results show that distribution mode affacts the evolu-tionary result of co-innovation behavior.
