摘 要:[目的]优选金银花精油及其与β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法制备金银花精油,用GC-MS分析金银花精油的主体呈香成分及含量;采用饱和水溶液法,通过正交试验设计,以金银花精油的包合率为指标,考察金银花精油与β-环糊精的包合比例、包合温度、搅拌时间和烘干温度对金银花精油-β-环糊精包合物制备工艺的影响。[结果]水蒸气蒸馏法制备金银花精油的得率为0.12%,经GC-MS分析,金银花精油的主体呈香成分为单萜和倍半萜类化合物,占金银花精油含量的75.30%,其中,金银花精油中芳樟醇及其衍生物含量大于25.60%;最佳金银花精油-β-环糊精包合物制备工艺条件为金银花精油与β-环糊精的包合比例1∶10(m L∶g)、包合温度60℃、搅拌时间3 h、烘干温度45℃,在此最优条件下,金银花精油的包合率为68.95%。[结论]水蒸气蒸馏法和饱和水溶液法可分别用于金银花精油及其与β-环糊精包合物的制备。[ Objective ] To optimize the preparation processes for honeysuckle essential oil and its inclusion compound with β-cyclodextrin. [ Method ] Honeysuckle essential oil was prepared with steam distillation method, the composition and content of principal aroma components of the honeysuckle essential oil were analyzed with GC-MS. Honeysuckle essential oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was prepared with satu- rated water solution method, and the inclusion rate of honeysuckle essential oil was used as evaluation index to investigate the influences of the proportion of honeysuckle essential oil and β-cyclodextrin, the inclusion temperature, the stirring time and the drying temperature on the prep- aration process of the inclusion compound with orthogonal test. [ Result] The yield of honeysuckle essential oil prepared by steam distillation method was 0.12% , after analysis with GC-MS, the principal aroma components of the honeysuckle essential oil were monuterponoids and ses- quiterpenoids, and the total content of these two kinds of compounds was 75.30%. Among them, the content of linalool and its derivatives in honeysuckle essential oil was more than 25.60%. The optimum preparation process conditions for honeysuckle essential oil-β-cyclodextrin in- clusion compound were as follows: the proportion of honeysuckle essential oil and β-cyclodextrin was 1: 10( mL: g), the inclusion temperature was 60 ℃ , the stirring time was 3 h and the drying temperature was 45 ℃. Under the optimum conditions, the inclusion rate of honeysuckle essential oil was 68.95%. [ Conclusion] The steam distillation method and the saturated water solution method can be respectively used for the preparation of honeysuckle essential oil and its inclusion compound with β-cyclodextrin.
