摘  要:采用ICP-AES测定了香菇中Al元素的含量。比较了湿法和干法硝解对实验结果的影响,计算得到相对标准偏差5.78%和1.66%,回收率在95.2%和94.8%。计算得到t值为0.0672,表明两种方法无显著性的差异。kICP- AES was used to determine the content of A1 in letinous edodes. The effects of wet and dry methods on theexperimental results were compared. The relative standard deviations were 5.78% and 1.66%, and the recoveries were between95.2% and 94.8%, respectively. The calculated t value was 0.0672, which indicated that there was no significant differencebetween the two methods.
