摘 要:选用4个早籼稻品种,在抽穗期进行高温处理,以同期自然温度为对照,研究双季早籼稻体温的差异及其与产量和耐热性的关系。结果表明,自然条件下(NT)或高温(HT)处理各水稻品种穗温均高于叶温。NT或HT处理水稻气叶温差和气穗温差变化趋势相似。HT处理各水稻品种产量、每穗粒数、千粒质量和结实率均显著低于NT处理,而HT处理各水稻品种干物质质量和穗数高于NT处理。NT处理下,早稻气叶温差与结实率呈显著的正相关关系(P=0.023),与高温胁迫指数呈负相关关系,但未达显著水平。HT处理下,早稻气叶温差与结实率也呈正相关关系,并且接近达到显著水平(P=0.175),与高温胁迫指数接近达到显著负相关关系(P=0.120)。研究结果说明气叶温差在一定程度上可以反映早籼稻品种的耐热性。Using four early-season indica rice cultivars as materials( Ganxin 203,Zhongzao 35,Rongyou9 and Wuyou 156),this study investigated the difference in plant temperature and its relationship with grain yield and heat tolerance. The results showed that the panicle temperature of all the cultivars was higher than leaf temperature.The dynamics of air and plant temperature were similar under natural temperature( NT) or high temperature( HT) treatment. HT significantly reduced grain yield,the number of spikelets per panicle,1000-grain weight and grain filling compared with NT. But HT increased the above-ground biomass and the number of panicles compared with NT. Correlation analyses showed that under NT treatment,the difference between air and leaf temperature was significantly positively correlated with grain filling( P = 0.023),but was negatively correlated with the index of heat sensitivity with no statistical significance. Under HT treatment,the difference between air and leaf temperature was marginally significantly positively correlated with grain filling( P = 0. 175),and showed a marginal significant negative correlation with the index of heat sensitivity( P = 0.120).Therefore,these results showed that the difference between air and leaf temperature could,to some extent,reflect the heat tolerance of early-season indica varieties.
