摘  要:将核桃壳在真空氛围下炭化,制备核桃壳炭吸附材料,选取粒径为0.5~1.0 mm的真空炭化核桃壳作为吸附剂,研究该吸附剂对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能,并探讨了吸附剂用量、反应体系p H、吸附时间等因素对其吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的去除效果影响,采用SEM、BET和FTIR等现代技术对该吸附剂的表面结构进行表征。实验结果表明,对于处理50 m L初始浓度为20 mg/L的模拟水样,当p H值为1.0,温度为30℃,吸附剂用量为0.8 g,振荡强度为200 r/min,振荡吸附180 min后,核桃壳炭对Cr(Ⅵ)具有较好的吸附效果,其去除率高达94.8%;随着温度的升高,Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附量逐渐增加。吸附等温线及其模型的拟合结果显示,Langmuir模型能较好地反映吸附过程特征;吸附动力学分析结果表明,该动态吸附平衡遵循拟二级动力学方程。Walnut shell was carbonized into walnut shell carbon adsorption material in vacuum atmosphere.The adsorption capability of Cr( Ⅵ) was studied with the carbonized walnut shells,whose particle diameter was 0.5-1.0 mm,as the absorbent. The effects of the dosage of adsorbent,the reaction system p H,adsorption time and other factors on the removal efficiency were discussed,and the surface structure of the adsorbent was characterized by SEM,BET and FTIR modern technologies.The optimal conditions were as follows: for50 m L of simulated waste sample,p H value was 1.0,temperature was 30 ℃,the dosage of the adsorbent was0.8 g,oscillation intensity was 200 r / min and adsorption time was about 180 min. Under these conditions,the adsorption efficiency of Cr( Ⅵ) could be up to 94.8%.The adsorption capacity of Cr( Ⅵ) increased gradually with increasing temperature.The adsorption isotherm and its model of fitting results showed that the Langmuir model can well reflect the characteristics of the adsorption process.Moreover,the equilibrium kinetic adsorption data fitted the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation.
