摘 要:以淅川乌骨鸡♂×黄胫丝毛鸡♀、淅川乌骨鸡♂×青胫隐性白羽鸡♀和淅川乌骨鸡纯繁组F_1代为研究对象,对其体重、体斜长、龙骨长、胫围、胫长、胸宽、胸深等生长性状和半净膛重、全净膛重、腹脂重、胸肌重、腿肌重、肌间脂带宽、皮脂厚及胸肌、腿肌剪切力、滴水损失、p H值等屠宰性状和肉品质进行测定和分析。结果表明,两个杂交组F_1代生长性状、屠宰性能和胴体品质均优于纯繁组,生长性状和屠宰性能方面淅川乌骨鸡与黄胫丝毛鸡杂交组最优,肉品质方面尤其是肌纤维性状方面淅川乌骨鸡与青胫隐性白羽鸡杂交组最优。总的来说通过杂交淅川乌骨鸡的各方面性能得到了提升。Abstract: The F1 generation of Xichuan Black-bone ♂x Yellow Shank Silky chicken ♀ , Xichuan Black- bone ♂ x Black Shank Recessive White ♀ and Xichuan Black-bone x Xichuan Black-bone were employed as materials in this research. The growth traits of body weight, body slanting length, breast bone lerlgth, shank girth, shank length, chest width, chest depth, and the carcass and meat quality traits of semi-evisceration weight, evisceration weight, abdominal fat weight, breast muscle weight, leg muscle weight, fat bandwidth, skin fat thickness, breast muscle shear force, leg muscle shear force, muscle water loss rate, pH, were determined and analyzed by the common method. The results showed that the growth traits, slaughter performance and carcass quality of the hybrid group were better than those of the pure breeding group in the FI generation. Xichuan Black-bone♂x Yellow Shank Silky chicken ♀ was optimal on the growth traits and slaughter performance, meat quality, especially muscle fiber traits and apparent traits of while Xichuan Black-bone ♂x Black Shank Recessive White ♀ was the better than those of Xichuan Black-bone ♂x Yellow Shank Silky chicken ♀ . The performance of Xichuan Black- bone has been promoted by hybrid, showed excellent heterosis.
