提升通州企业持续创新能力的调查与思考

摘　　要：区域经济要实现创新转型发展,关键在于企业是否具备持续创新能力。目前,通州的发展为提升企业持续创新能力提供了基础,同时也存在着诸多不利因素。持续创新能力具备积累性、变革性、主动性这三个特征,通州应增强企业创新的主动性,以产业积累促发展,以变革体制机制促创新,以此培育并提升企业持续创新能力。To transform the innovation of regional economic development,the key is whether the company has the capability of continuous innovation.At present,the development of Tongzhou provides a foundation to promote enterprise’s sustainable innovation ability,at the same time,there are many unfavorable factors.Continuous innovation ability has three characteristics;gatz,transformative,initiative.Tongzhou should strengthen enterprise innovation initiative,to promote development industry accumulation,in order to change systems and mechanisms to promote innovation,to cultivate and promote enterprise’s sustainable innovation capability.
