摘　　要：当前独立学院学生党员发展工作由于缺乏科学的考评体系,常常出现只重学习成绩等客观指标而忽视入党动机等柔性指标,或主观倾向、经验主义较为严重等问题。围绕独立学院的人才培养类型和学生特点,构建独立学院学生党员发展考评体系是提高独立学院学生党员发展质量的重要且必要之举。AHP法可以将定性问题定量化,在独立学院学生党员发展考评过程中灵活运用,可以使得党员发展考评工作更加科学、合理。The lack of scientific evaluation system in the CPC members development in independent colleges was evidenced in emphasizing objective targets like academic performance while ignoring students＇ motivation of joining the organization,as well as subjective tendency and empiricism against the cultivation goal and students＇ characteristics of independent colleges. Thus,it is necessary to construct an appraisal system for developing CPC members of independent college in line with students＇ status. The scientific Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP） method can be adopted for quantifying the qualitative issues in the development appraisal system.
