口腔正畸矫治在唇腭裂牙槽突植骨术后治疗中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的研究口腔正畸矫治在唇腭裂牙槽突植骨术后治疗中的应用效果。方法本次研究选取的对象为2015年1月~2016年1月期间在我院进行治疗的唇腭裂牙槽突植骨术后患者60例,60例患者均接受口腔正畸矫治。比较唇腭裂牙槽突植骨术后患者矫治前后的临床效果、SNB角度、SNA角度、ANB角度和生活质量。结果唇腭裂牙槽突植骨术后患者矫治后的安氏分类Ⅰ类48例(80.00%)、SNB角度(82.50±2.00)°、SNA角度(78.00±1.80)°、ANB角度(2.50±1.60)°和生活质量与矫治前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在唇腭裂牙槽突植骨术后对患者进行口腔正畸矫治可使其牙齿角度得到改善,有利于患者生活质量的提高。Objective To study the application effect of orthodontic treatment on cleft lip and palate after alveolar pro- cess bone grafting. Methods 60 patients with cleft lip and palate after alveolar process bone grafting who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as research subjects, and they were all given orthodontic treatment. The clinical effect, SNB angle, SNA angle, ANB angle and quality of life of patients with cleft lip and palate after alveolar process bone grafting were compared before and after orthodontic treatment. Results After the treatment of cleft lip and palate alveolar process bone grafting, the Angle＇s classification type [ 48 cases（80.00%）, SNB angle （82.50±2.00）°, SNA angle （78.00±1.80）°, ANB angle （2.50±1.60）° and life quality were significantly different from：those before the orthodontic treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Orthodontic treatment of cleft lip and palate after alveolar process bone grafting can improve the angle of teeth and improve the quality of life of patients.
