摘　　要：目的比较两种血浆分离器plasmaflo op-08w和cascadeflo EC-40w进行血浆置换治疗前后血细胞的变化。方法回顾我院行血浆置换治疗的肝衰竭患者60例,分别采用plasmaflo op-08w和cascadeflo EC-40w两种血浆分离器,检测治疗前后WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、PLT的数值。结果两组治疗后WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、PLT均有降低。op-08w组与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);EC-40w组WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT治疗后与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),PLT治疗后与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT平均数值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同血浆分离器对血浆置换治疗前后血细胞影响不同,血浆置换应选择生物相容性好的产品。Objective To compare the changes of blood cells before and after plasma exchang~ with plasmaflo op-08w and caseadeflo EC-40w. Methods 60 patients who were given plasma exchange in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Two plasma separators of plasmafloop-08w and caseadeflo EC-40w were used to determine the values of WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT and PLT before and after the treatment. Results After the treatment, WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT, PLT were all decreased. There was no significant difference in op-08w group compared with those before treatment （P〉0.05）; WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT in EC-40w group were compared before the treatment and after the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. PLT before the treatment was compared with that after the treatment, and there was no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）. There were significant differences in average values of WBC, RBC, HGB and HCT between the two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Different plasma separators have different effects on the blood cells before and after plasma exchange. Plasma exchange should select the products with good biocompatibility.
