摘　　要：天道行健,地道势坤,乾坤交感而万物化生。万物之中唯有人顶天立地。人之所以为人,首先在于其与天地合德,其次在于能够依靠自身德行把握前途吉凶,第三在于有认识自身明德、彰显明德的终极价值目标。德合天地的人生观、吉凶在己的事业观和自昭明德的价值观构成了《周易治要》"人参天地"的人生价值观。All things in the nature are created by Nature, for Heaven keeps moving by Qian and Earth provide productions by Kun. It is the cooperation of Qian and Kun that Heaven and Earth exert their influences, and then ensue the transformation and production of all things. Among all the ereatives, it is only human who stand upright on their legs between heaven and earth. For the reason why human are human, firstly because human have the same qualities of those of nature. Secondly, human can make transformation of their undertakings from misfortune to fortune. And most of all, knowing the great power of qualities of their own, human will pursuit the manifestation of them. This is the value of human life which shows in Zhouyi Zhiyao.
