摘  要:为了培养学生学习兴趣,拓宽学生视野,锻炼设计和创新能力,让学生深入了解3D打印技术发展趋势,该文介绍了基于熔融堆积技术的3D打印实验教学建设,通过实验基础要求和流程,完成对熔融堆积型3D打印技术的基本掌握;并根据材料科学与工程学科特点,设定了拓展要求和实验,让学生对3D打印材料的制备、加工和应用有所了解。通过实验教学的建设,该项目拓宽了学生视野,有效提高了学生设计能力和创新研究能力。In order to cultivate students' interest in learning, broaden their horizons, exercise design and innovation ability, and help students to understand the development trend of 3D printing technology, this paper introduces the construction of 3D printing ex- perimental teaching based on fused deposition modeling technology. Based on the basic requirement and process of the experiment, students can basically master the fused deposition modeling type 3D printing technology, and according to the characteristics of material science and engineering discipline, we set up the advanced requirements and experiments, so that the students have an understanding of the preparation, processing and application of 3D printing material. By the construction of experimental teaching, the project can broaden the horizons of students, effectively improve the students" ability in design and innovation research.
