摘 要:目的研究HPV16病毒负荷量与宫颈病变及物理状态的关系,探讨反应宫颈病变的指标。方法收集感染HPV16患者的宫颈病变标本,对不同PML2d HPV-16质粒浓度的E2和E7基因进行定量PCR扩增,制作标准曲线,得出HPV16物理状态的临界值,描述标本HPV16的病毒负荷量,并根据临界值,分析HPV16病毒负荷量与宫颈病变及物理状态的关系。结果不同宫颈病变的HPV16中位数病毒负荷量随宫颈病变的级别升高而增加,但病毒负荷量差异无统计学意义(P=0.22),整合型HPV16在低级别宫颈病变也有较高分布,HPV16物理状态在不同宫颈的分布无统计学意义(P=0.55),不同物理状态间的病毒负荷量差异亦不显著(P=0.34)。结论 HPV16病毒负荷量与宫颈病变关系不明显,病毒整合是宫颈病变的早期事件,高的病毒负荷量不会导致整合增加。Objective To study the correlations of HPV 16 viral load with cervical lesions and physical states,and investigate the index of cervical lesions. Methods HPV16 infected samples were collected,standard curves were made,then we analysed the HPV16 viral load,found the threshold distinguished episomal and mixed HPV16,and check the infected HPV16 states according the threshold. Results The median of HPV16 viral load increased with the degree of cervical lesions,but statistical analysis showed no difference,the integration type of HPV16 also happened in low grade cervical lesions with a high frequency,HPV16 integration rates among the different cervical lesions showed no significance,and HPV16 viral load among the different physical states showed no significance too. Conclusions There was no obvious relationship between HPV16 viral load and cervical lesions,viral integration is an early event,and high viral load would not increase intergration rate.
