摘　　要：当前对园林植物功能的研究不仅仅限于生态、社会、经济等方面,对其养生保健功能的研究也越来越受到重视。文章从养生保健园林植物入手,详细论述了其在降温增湿、吸收有害物质、滞尘、固碳释氧、杀菌、驱虫、增加空气负离子和减少紫外线伤害等方面的间接保健功能;也对其在视觉、听觉、触觉、嗅觉和食用等方面的直接保健功能进行了总结;提出今后对园林植物养生保健功能研究方向的探索,以期为养生保健型园林的建设提供参考。The current research on the landscape plants＇ function is not limited to the ecology,society,economy,etc.,and more attention has been put on the research on the study of its function of health care. The paper analyzed the indirect health care functions of landscape plants in terms of temperature cooling and moisture increase,harmful substance absorption,dust retention,carbon fixation and oxygen release,sterilization,parasite expelling,air anion increase,and the damage reduction of UV,and also summarized its direct functions in vision,hearing,touch,smell and edible. Related suggestions were put forward in the expectation to provide references to the construction of health care based gardens.
