摘 要:目的:通过观察不同浓度中药消毒剂对口腔硅橡胶印模消毒效果及材料精确度影响,探讨中药消毒剂应用于口腔硅橡胶印模消毒的可行性。方法:选取以ADA(美国牙科协会)推荐的标准模具制成的口腔印模200个,依据印模材料不同分为100个加成型,100个缩合型,每种印模根据使用消毒剂情况随机分为五组:对照组,中药高、中、低剂量组(体积分数分别为10、5、2.5%),戊二醛组(2%)),各组根据试验菌株分为金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌组,计算抑菌率,测量各组印模浸泡前后尺寸稳定性及表面粗糙度。结果:不同印模材料加成型或缩合型在浸泡前后各组尺寸变化及粗糙度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌抑菌率比较:中药高剂量组>中剂量组>戊二醛组>低剂量组,组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),中药高剂量组与中剂量组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药消毒剂浸泡口腔硅橡胶印模消毒不影响印模精确度,不同浓度中药消毒剂均可用于口腔硅橡胶印模消毒,可优先考虑采用5%中药消毒剂浸泡消毒30min。Objective : This aim was to investigate the disinfection efficacy and material accuracy of different concentrations of traditional Chinese medicine disinfectant used in oral silicone impression material and explore the feasibility of disinfectants used in oral silicone impressions. Methods: A total of 200 oral impression models made as ADA (American Dental Association) standard mold were selected. They were divided into 100 of mold type, 100 of condensation type ac- cording to the impression material. Each type was randomly divided into five groups: control group, high, medium and low dose of TCM groups ( with volume fraction of 10% , 5% and 2.5% ), glutaraldehyde group ( 2% ). Each group was divided into Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. Inhibition rate and dimensional stability and surface roughness measurements were calculated. Results : The roughness and dimensionsbefore and after immersion in each group of differ- ent impression materials had no significant difference (P 〉 0. 05). The inhibitory rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Can- dida albicansin each group before and after immersion was high dose group 〉 middle dose group 〉 glutaraldehyde group 〉 low dose group. Highand middle dose groups showed no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The results show that traditional Chinese medicine disinfectant has no effect on the accuracy of impression. Different concentrations of tra- ditional Chinese medicine disinfectant can be used in oral silicone impression materialdisinfectionand it may give priority to 5% of traditional Chinese medicine for disinfection 30 min.
