醒脾养肝汤治疗酒精性肝病对肝功能、肝纤维化相关指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟醒脾养肝汤治疗酒精性肝病的临床疗效,并分析对肝功能、肝纤维化相关指标的影响。方法:选取酒精性肝病患者82例,根据治疗方法不同将其分为观察组(42例)与对照组(40例)。对照组给常规综合治疗,观察组在给予常规综合治疗的基础上外加给予自拟醒脾养肝汤治疗。治疗后对两组临床疗效进行比较,并对两组患者治疗前后肝功能、肝纤维化相关指标的变化情况进行观察。结果:在临床疗效方面,观察组治疗总有效率85.7%与对照组治疗总有效率67.5%相比显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后期肝功能、肝纤维化指标均明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);经彩色多普勒超声检查显示,与治疗前相比,两组治疗后其静脉内径、脾静脉内径及脾肿大程度均明显减小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟醒脾养肝汤治疗酒精性肝病具有显著的临床疗效,同时能够有效改善肝功能及肝纤维化水平,值得临床进一步推广与应用。Objective ： To explore the clinical curative effect of Self - made Xingpi Yanggan Decoction in treatment of alcoholic liver disease, and analyze its influence on liver function and related parameters of liver fibrosis. Methods： Eighty -two cases of patients with alcoholic liver disease were selected. According to different treatment, all patients were divided into observation group （n = 42 ） and control group （n = 40）. The control group used conventional comprehensive treatment and the observation group on the basis was additonally given Self - made Xingpi Yanggan Decoction. After treatment, two groups＇ clinical curative effect, liver function and changes of the related parameters of liver fibrosis were observed. Results： The observation treatment group＇ s total effectiveness was 85.7% which compared the control group＇ s 67.5% had statistical significance（P 〈 0. 05）. Compared with those before treatment, two groups＇ s liver function and liver fibrosis indexes after treatment were significantly improved（ P 〈 0. 05 ） and the observation group＇ s was significantly better than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Color doppler ultrasound examination showed that compared with those before treatment, the two groups＇ vein inside diameter, degree of spleen vein diameter and splenomegaly after treatment were significantly reduced （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and the improvment of the observation group was significantly better than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Self - made Xingpi Yanggan Decoction in treatment of alcoholic liver disease has significant clinical effect and can effectively improve liver function and liver fibrosis levels at the same time, worthy of further popularization and application in the clinical practice.
