摘　　要：对微生物的生物学特性、功能作用、有益微生物利用与有害微生物危害进行了分析,对食用农产品生产、收获、贮运等环节有害微生物及其产生的生物毒素污染防控提出建议。The biological characteristics,function,application of beneficial microorganism and the hazard of harmful microorganism were discussed and the prevalence and prevention of harmful microorganism and biotoxin in production,harvest and storage stages of agroproducts were recommended.
