摘  要:针对RT-flex系列二冲程低速柴油机配套燃油喷射系统存在的问题,基于液压伺服控制原理提出一种新型船用高压共轨燃油喷射伺服控制系统,该系统采用液压位置闭环系统控制高压重油喷射系统的动作。根据系统原理,研究了其数学模型,并在AEMSim软件中搭建了考虑两种流体特性的仿真模型。在给定喷射时间内得到了不同压力时的主阀芯位移曲线、喷射压力波动曲线和喷油率曲线,并计算出单次喷射时系统喷油量。仿真结果表明,在喷射时间内高压共轨重油喷射系统动作快速稳定,验证了船用高压共轨重油喷射伺服控制系统的设计是合理可行的。Aimed at problems existing in the common rail system for the RT-flex two stroke low speed diesel engine, the structure of marine high-pressure common rail HF injection system is introduced based on the principle of the hydraulic servo control. The motion of high-pressure common rail HF injection system is regulated by hydraulic position closed loop system. Then the mathematical model is built according to the working principle. And the we establish the AMESim simulation, considered the two kinds of the fluid characteristics. Within a given time, the curves under different pressures are obtained, such as main valve displacement, jet pressure fluctuation and injection rate etc. Moreover, the single injection quantity is figured out. The results show that the high-pressure common rail HF injection system operates effectively, which verifies the feasibility of the marine high-pressure common rail HF injection servo system design.
