摘　　要：机罩拉索作为汽车的常用部件,主要起开启发动机罩的作用。而某车型实车正常使用过程中,存在机罩拉索失效无法打开机罩和在机罩关闭状态下、可以人为快速通过专用工具把机罩打开等问题,无法实现机舱防盗目的。以上问题严重影响汽车的正常使用,给顾客和主机厂都造成严重损失。通过对结构数据进行分析,制作改善样件搭载实车进行验证,结果表明:修改机罩拉索和机罩锁结构可消除上述问题。研究内容可以为主机厂和供应商提供设计参考,具有实用价值。Hood cable is used for opening front hood, as part of the car. But to some cars, such problems exist： the hood can＇ t be opened when the hood cable is controlled as usual; the hood can be opened by special tools when the hood is closed. Then engine anti-theft purpose is unable to realize. These problems seriously affect performance of vehicle, and cause a serious loss to customers. Based on the analysis to the structure, improved samples were loaded on vehicle to make verification. The results show that changing the structures of the hood lock and cable can eliminate the problems. This research provides design reference for the vehicle and suppliers.
