湖北宜昌五峰绿茶排铅作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:了解湖北宜昌五峰绿茶的排铅作用。方法:在体外人工胃液、肠液条件下,研究湖北宜昌五峰绿茶茶汤对铅的沉淀吸附作用,利用ICP-Ms检测溶液的铅浓度。结果:茶汤对铅离子有一定的吸附清除作用,1.000 g湖北五峰绿茶用85℃热水50.00 ml冲泡后得到茶汤,茶汤对铅的吸附量为2.33±0.39μg(铅)/g(五峰绿茶),该沉淀在人工肠液中不溶解。结论:湖北宜昌五峰绿茶具有一定的吸附沉淀铅的作用。Lead（Pb） is harmful to health and it is very important to remove the lead.The adsorption and elimination of lead by Wu-Feng green teas were studied.The tea liquors can adsorb and deposit the lead in vitro artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice.The results show that the tea liquors can adsorb and deposit the lead.The 1.000 gram Wu-Feng green teas were added 50.00 ml 85℃ hot water.The tea liquors can adsorb and deposit 2.33 ± 0.39μg（lead）/g（Wu-Feng green teas）.The deposition of tea-lead can not dissolve.The Wu-Feng green teas can adsorb and deposit lead.
