摘　　要：习近平的青年观是马克思主义青年观中国化的最新理论成果,为高校进一步做好青年思想政治教育工作指明了前进方向、明确了工作路径。高校应牢牢把握"培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人"这个根本性问题,围绕学生的成长与发展,从立志修德、勤学笃实、开拓创新等青年成才的多重维度,全力搭建高校思想政治工作的新格局,开拓高校青年育人工作的新局面。Xi Jinping＇s view on youth is the latest theoretical result of the development of Marxist views on youth in China, which shows clearly where college ideological and political education should he heading and how youth education can be carried out. ＂What kind of people we want to produce？＂, ＂How？＂ and ＂For Whom？＂ These are the fundamental questions that colleges and universities must constantly ask themselves. To create a new framework and exploit the new frontier of college ideological and political education, colleges and universities must focus on studentg growth and development and help them to become people with lofty ideals and moral integrity who are honest and industrious, adventurous and innovative.
