国内肿瘤学期刊论文中P值为零的误用分析

摘　　要：分析国内肿瘤学期刊论文中P值为零的误用情况,以期增强作者和期刊编辑的统计学观念,促进肿瘤学期刊的统计学规范表达。经分析,国内肿瘤学期刊论文中P值为零的误用情况较为普遍,分析的24种期刊中,有18种(75%)在论文中报告精确P值时出现了P值为零的误用情况,仅6种期刊未出现。提示肿瘤学期刊编辑在处理稿件时需严把统计学质量关。To analyze the misuse of the P value equal to zero in papers of Chinese oncology journals,to develop the vigilant mind on statistics in authors and editors and to promote the expression of statistical norms,twenty-four kinds of oncology journals were enrolled.The error rate of P value equal to zero was 75%（18/24）,and only 6 kinds of oncology journals were correct.Editors of oncology journals should guarantee the quality of statistics while dealing with the manuscripts.
