摘　　要：鸡父之战是历史上的著名战役,是吴楚实力强弱转换的关键,是吴人入郢的重要一环,但文献记载语焉不详,后人推测有种种臆想。问题的核心是对"鸡父"地理位置的认识,决定着对战争过程及其意义的理解。出土文献为更加准确理解这场战争提供了新材料。Jifu(鸡父)battle was one of the most famous battle in history,which is the main sign of the national power conversion between the state of Wu(吴)and Chu(楚).However,there were few recordations in historical literature;the speculations by subsequent scholars were tangled with various conjectures.The point to solve the problem is to confirm the accurate location of Jifu(鸡父),which would be the key to understand the course and the significance of the battle.The unearthed literature,which provided new materials,helps us to get a much more accurate knowledge of the battle.
