β连环蛋白和APC蛋白在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨β连环蛋白(β-catenin)和APC蛋白在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化EnVision法检测24例正常卵巢组织(A组)、44例卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤(B组)、46例卵巢交界性浆液性囊腺瘤(C组)和50例卵巢浆液性囊腺癌(D组)中β-catenin和APC蛋白的表达,分析其与病理分期、分级的关系。结果 D组β-catenin表达低于A组和B组(34.0%vs.83.3%和68.2%)(P<0.05)。D组G1、G2和G3级患者的β-catenin表达率分别为73.3%、50.0%和7.4%(P<0.05);D组国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者的β-catenin表达率低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期(12.5%vs.72.2%)(P<0.01)。D组APC蛋白的表达率低于A组和B组(36.0%vs.83.3%和59.1%)(P<0.05)。D组G1、G2和G3级患者的APC蛋白表达率分别为80.0%、50.0%和7.4%(P<0.05);D组FIGOⅠ、Ⅱ期患者的APC蛋白表达低于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期(15.6%vs.72.2%)(P<0.01)。结论β-catenin及APC蛋白在卵巢组织中的表达对卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的发生、发展可能起着重要作用,两者联合检测对卵巢浆液性囊腺癌患者预后的预测有一定临床意义。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance ofβ-catenin and APC protein in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical EnVision method was used to detect the expressions ofβ-catenin and APC protein in normal ovarian tissues（group A,24 cases）,serous cystadenoma（group B,44 cases）,borderline serous cystadenoma（group C,46 cases）and ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma（group D,50 cases）.The relationship ofβ-catenin and APC protein expressions in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma and its pathological grading and staging was analyzed.Results The expression rate ofβ-catenin was lower in group D than that in groups of A and B（34.0% vs.83.3% and 68.2%）（P〈0.05）.The expression rates ofβ-catenin in the patients of group D with grades of G1,G2 and G3 were 73.3%,50.0% and 7.4%（P〈0.05）.The expression rate ofβ-catenin was lower in the patients of group D in stageⅢ、Ⅳthan that in those in stageⅠ、Ⅱ（12.5% vs.72.2%）（P〈0.01）.The expression rate of APC protein was lower in group D than that in groups of A and B（36.0% vs.83.3%and 59.1%）（P〈0.05）.The expression rates of APC protein in the patients of group D with grades of G1,G2 and G3were 80.0%,50.0% and 7.4%（P〈0.05）.The expression rate of APC protein was lower in the patients of group D in stageⅢ、Ⅳ than that in those in stage Ⅰ、Ⅱ（15.6% vs.72.2%）（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Theβ-catenin and APC protein expressions in normal ovarian tissues may play an important role in the occurrence and development of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma.Combined detection ofβ-catenin and APC has a certain clinical significance in predicting the prognosis of patients with ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma.
