消化道疾病患者幽门螺杆菌感染临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析消化道疾病患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的临床特点。方法收集8936例消化道疾病患者消化道黏膜活检标本进行Hp检测。结果消化道疾病患者Hp感染率为44.85%。男性感染率高于女性(48.14%vs.39.75%)(P<0.01)。Hp感染率随着患者年龄增加呈下降趋势(P<0.01)。30岁以上消化性溃疡患者Hp感染率高于浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎和胃癌(P<0.01)。结论消化道疾病以男性溃疡患者的Hp感染率较高。Objective To analyze the clinical features of Helicobacter pylori（Hp）infection in the patients with gastrointestinal diseases.Methods A total of 8936 biopsy samples of gastrointestinal mucosa was collected from the patients with gastrointestinal diseases and Hp was detected.Results Hp infection rate of the patients with gastrointestinal diseases was 44.85%.Hp infection rate of male patients was higher than that of female（48.14%vs.39.75%）（P〈0.01）.Hp infection rate decreased as age increased（P〈0.01）.Hp infection rate of the patients aged more than 30 years with peptic ulcer was higher than those with superficial gastritis,atrophic gastritis and gastric carcinoma（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Hp infection rate of the patients with gastrointestinal diseases,especially male and with peptic ulcer,is higher.
