摘　　要：高职农林类专业顶岗实习的顺利开展一直是困扰相关涉农职业院校实践教学改革的主要问题。该文结合当前涉农专业顶实习的现状,明确指出解决此问题的关键环节,深入阐明了农林类专业顶岗实习标准的建立,为提升农林类专业人才培养质量作出有益探索。To carry out the agricultural and forestry professional post practice smoothly or not is an issue plaguing the reform of many agricultural vocational colleges＇ practice teaching. In combination with current situation of agricultural professional practice, the thesis puts forward the key to solve this problem, elucidating the establishment of agricultural and forestry professional post practice standards, making a useful exploration to enhance the agricultural professional talent training quality.
